Support ran directly through SAP, but support ended at the end of 2020, so a replacement was necessary.<\/p><p>Important criteria for Infraserv&#8217;s purchase decision were price, integration with SAP, an on-premise solution, and easy system maintenance. In the first step, a stand-alone installation was carried out (SAP S\/4HANA &#8211; Master) &#8211; (BW\/4HANA &#8211; Client), followed by training by HONICO. In the next step, the productive transfer of data was started and then continued independently.
